What would it be like without important Internet sites like Wikipedia and Word Press. Netizens got a chance to find out on January 18, 2012 when many popular websites such as Wikipedea, Reddit and WordPress went dark in protest to H.R. 3261, the “Stop Online Piracy Act” (SOPA) and the “Protect IP Act” (PIPA) (CBS News, “SOPA/PIPA, What you need to know).
